Delhi Daredevils enjoyed their 6th victory out of 8 matches here at the home ground Kotla. Delhi Daredevils won the toss and elected to bat. They scored 185 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs. Collingwood smashed not out 75 runs in just 46 balls. Warner, Sehwag, Vettori played a short but very important innings. 

For chasing 186, Royal Challengers Bangalore lost wickets on the regular interval. Kallis proved again that why he is known as one of the best batsmen in the world. He played an inning of 54 runs but he was unable to protect Royal Challengers Bangalore from defeat.

Delhi Daredevils is back on the track and today they defeated Rajasthan Royals. It was the second consecutive win of Delhi Daredevils at their home ground Kotla. Delhi Daredevils proved their all-round performance. After scoring 188 in twenty 20 overs DD was sure about win but their bowler made this task easier. The performance of Rajasthan Royals was not of high quality in any of the department. Karthik and Gambhir played a fantastic innings and helped Delhi to get win. After that bowlers shine and they bowled out RR in just 17.4 and won the match by 67 runs.

Warner played one of the best innings in IPL and his innings helped Daredevils to win in home ground. Warner smashed a great inning of not out 107 in just 69 balls. He hit 5 sixes and 9 fours. Collingwood also contributed with a half century. With these innings, DD set a total of 178 runs in 20 overs. 

For chasing 178 runs, KKR got a worst start from their openers when Ganguly bolwed out by Nannes. However Gayle contributed with 30 runs but it was not enough and they scored only 137 runs.

After winning four matches in a row, Challengers stopped by Daredevils here at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. It was the third win of Delhi Daredevils out of played 6 matches. KM Jadhav was the hero of this match. It was the debut match of KM Jadhav and he won man of the match award. With the help of KM Jadhav’s half century, DD scored a total of 183. AB de Villiers contributed 45 runs while Warner made 33 runs. 

For chasing 185, RCB got good start. Their openers made a good partnership for the first wicket but they not managed the run rate so that the other batsmen came in pressure. The three run out made the situation more difficult. They only scored 166 runs in the 20 overs and lost the match by 17 runs. However they are still on the top of the point table. But MI are in the row.

Man of the match – KM Jadhav

It was the third successive win of Deccan Chargers when they made a victory over the Delhi Daredevils. It was also the third successive loss of Delhi Daredevils. Today at here Barabati Stadium, Cuttack Deccan Chargers won the toss and they decided to bat first. They made 171 in the 20 overs and lost 6 wickets. 

For chasing the score of 172, Delhi Daredevils made a brilliant start. Warner played some good shots and he made 57 runs in just 33 runs. But Viru failed to keep his form. He made only 3 runs. Delhi Daredevils made 161 for 9 in 20 overs and hence Deccan Chargers defeated Delhi by 10 runs. 

Symonds was the hero of the match. He smashed 35 runs and took 3 important wickets. He declared as the man of the match.
